Ondo 2024: Akingboye vows to win November polls
Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party for the November governorship polls in Ondo State, Otunba Bamidele Akingboye, has vowed to win the election.
Akingboye was governorship aspirants of the Peoples Democratic Party.
He said he dumped the PDP to emerge candidate of the SDP to enable achieve his dreams of governing the state and create wealth for the citizens of the state.
Akingboye, Certified Fraud Examiner, revealed that he has been contesting at the primary of the PDP for 21 years and never gor a chance to emerge as the party’s candidate.
He said he has moved round the state to feel pulse of the people ne he realised they would vote personality and not political party.

“The people need someone who does not belong to any of those group. I have been contesting for 21 years using my personal resources. This is the time to put youth to work. The educational standard of the state will be restored under my watch.”
Akingboye, who hails from Okitipupa, Ondo South, is an alumnus of Lagos Business School (Pan-Atlantic University) and University of Heriot Walt University, Edinburg, Scotland. He holds several certifications, which include International Financial Reporting (CertIFR); Certification in Corporate Restructuring Studies; Certified Fraud Examiner; Association of International Financial Reporting (cert (IFR); and also holds a Diploma in Accounting and Business, ACCA, UK.
